These insights can significantly expedite your journey as a franchisee, equipping you to confidently run your own F&B business.
As a franchisee, you gain exclusive access to our 70-year-old proprietary family recipes and selection of sauces passed down through three generations to replicate Thien Kee's iconic dishes.
Depending on the location and outlet size, the initial investment is estimated to start from S$500,000* for an outlet size of 1,200 - 1,500 sq ft (111 - 139 sqm) that can fit about 60-90 seatings. *Fee is estimated based on Singapore's context. Other financial information will be disclosed at appropriate meetings.
