- As a franchisee, you gain exclusive access to our 70-year-old proprietary family recipes and selection of sauces passed down through three generations to replicate Thien Kee's iconic dishes.
- Depending on the location and outlet size, the initial investment is estimated to start from S$500,000* for an outlet size of 1,200 - 1,500 sq ft (111 - 139 sqm) that can fit about 60-90 seatings. *Fee is estimated based on Singapore's context. Other financial information will be disclosed at appropriate meetings.
- We are open to explore a joint venture partnership with suitable franchisees to kickstart your franchising journey with us.
Who are we looking for?
- Committed to building a long-term and win-win partnership with Thien Kee.
- Preferably with prior business management experience.
- Preferably with prior F&B experience, but not a necessity.
- Humble and has a willing-to-learn attitude.
- Passionate about food and interested to grow the Hainanese food culture in your local territory.

- Store fit-out and setup, trial-run and commencement of outlet operations
